Planter Coaching

VM planter coaches mentor, motivate, and hold planters accountable to the convictions, roles, and responsibilities necessary for launching a VM partner church. We develop both the personal and professional preparation and effectiveness of the planter in the pre-launch coaching stage, leading to launch Sunday. We then move through three additional phases of coaching—directive, supportive, then elder-focused—for 18 months post-launch, culminating in elder installation.
